Executive remuneration has fast become a topic of significant discussion and debate within organisations, with a significant impact on shareholder sentiment. The Aon Executive Remuneration Survey was established in 2013 as a survey to collect, analyse and publish remuneration benchmarks for senior executives in large organisations. The survey focuses on the top 100 companies on the Australian Stock Exchange and large privately held organisations with total annual revenues of approximately $1 billion.
